There are so many ways by which you can hide your folders but if you use search facility, your hidden folders can be easily accessed. But by the follwing method, you will not only hide your folder but also no one can even get them using search.

Open command prompt from Start > Run and type cmd. Now go to the folder that you want to hide and unsearchable. Now type

attrib +s +h foldername

That’s all. You have successfully made your folder hidden and unsearchable. Now if you want to reverse this process, means want to unhide folder, use following command :

attrib -h -s foldername

If your folder name has space, then type the name of the folder using double quotes.
